Konzepthaus report examines the organisation of design teams, with detail on the relationship between employees and supervisors

This latest report from Konzepthaus Design Study (KDS) focuses on organisation and leadership within car design. 

Using data collected from a pool of anonymous participants all over the world, the report is formed through several graphs and figures, providing insight on topics that have previously been difficult to breach. Among the key areas of exploration is the influence that design has over other departments, the visibility of upper design management, and the levels of trust between employees and supervisors. There are also findings on the average time employees spent working from home, as well as the resources available to managers of design teams.
