Dacia’s Bucharest studio chief has taken up a new role with Ford, focussing exclusively on EVs
Yohann Ory is leaving Dacia – and Europe – for a new job with Ford in California. The designer, who most recently led the Dacia design centre in Bucharest, is now the design director for Ford Model E and will be based in Irvine. This division was created in March 2022 to focucs explicitly on electric vehicle development, while Ford Blue will continue ICE activities.
